White Miso Soup Crafted in Japanese tradition, YAMASA White Miso Soup Concentrate is a versatile soup that blends well with various proteins, vegetables, and mushrooms. It is made without fish and uses umami flavors from shiitake and kombu instead of fish-based ingredients. Simply add water to the concentrate to prepare miso soup in minutes. Our product was awarded the 2023 Sofi Award for New Product.
